About The Position

That’s why we need a seasoned program manager like you who can ensure our Air Force program achieves success. We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Program Manager to support an Air Force contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring contractual compliance, and driving operational success within a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience supporting DoD contracts
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of government contracting processes and regulations
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business field
Nice To Haves
- Experience working directly with Air Force programs
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Experience with Microsoft Project or similar tools
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives
- Possession of excellent project management and organizational skills
- Possession of excellent communication and leadership skills
- Master’s degree in a related field
- PMP or similar Project Management Certification
