This role is an opportunity to own Amazon Advertising Policy’s communications strategy and operations (internal and external), ensuring that stakeholders are well-informed on policies and changes. The Program Manager will take ownership of existing mechanisms and processes, identify opportunities for operational efficiency, and invent new ways to broaden reach, all while focusing on the customer experience by helping Advertisers understand policies and providing a trustworthy experience for customers. The Advertising Trust team aims to provide a best-in-class experience for advertisers, protect customers from non-compliant advertisements, and offer clear guidance for advertisers to improve. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, developing communications across various formats, and be a creative, meticulous, customer-obsessed problem solver who leads by example. They must be willing to be hands-on and insist on the highest standards.
