Vituity is seeking a Program Manager, Academic Affairs to serve as a trusted Business Partner to the Director of Academic Affairs. This role is responsible for strengthening and managing relationships with Vituity Residency and Fellowship Programs, developing and implementing initiatives to support operational effectiveness, and serving as the primary operational contact for these programs. The role involves providing consultation on ACGME standards, compliance, financial processes, program operations, and culture-building. The Program Manager will support Program Directors with operational needs, accreditation readiness, and faculty development. They will also lead initiatives for new academic programs, including onboarding program directors and creating system infrastructure. The role requires partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate program setup and integration. As the Academic Affairs function grows, this role may expand to include direct supervision of team members. The Program Manager will exercise independent judgment in resolving operational issues and recommending process improvements. They will track and report on academic program performance metrics, develop dashboards, and analyze program data to inform strategic planning and quality improvement. This role also serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Academic Affairs in business development discussions, partners with clinical leaders to support GME-approved fellowships and training programs, and aligns academic program operations with strategic business objectives. The Program Manager will present to hospital leadership and C-suite executives, evaluate partnership viability, and serve as the primary face of Academic Affairs in high-stakes conversations with hospital partners. They will also partner with Marketing and operational leaders to promote academic programs and collaborate with recruitment teams to strengthen physician pipeline development. Performs related duties as required.
