About The Position

At Nordstrom, our Supply Chain teams play a critical role in delivering on our promise to customers — providing speed, reliability, and exceptional service at every touchpoint. We’re looking for a Program Manager 2 – Supply Chain & Analytics Routing to help shape and deliver data‑driven improvements across ordering, fulfillment, and last‑mile delivery. This role blends program leadership with hands‑on analytics and data science. You’ll lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives while working directly with data to design, test, and scale routing and fulfillment solutions that improve customer experience, speed, and cost efficiency. Success in this role requires strong analytical depth, structured problem solving, and comfortable operating independently in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments. You’ll partner closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to deliver scalable capabilities and measurable business outcomes. This role is offered as hybrid in Seattle, WA. Requirements
