About The Position

This role is responsible for leading the engagement with different GTM Onramps for HP All-In Plan such as Store and Performance Marketing partnering monitor current business performance, identifying growth areas and forecasting potential demand. This role is also responsible to define the strategy HP All-In Plan expansion to Retail and lead the collaboration with Market Category to facilitate the execution. The role also leads cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to develop and execute new GTM programs globally.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors weekly performance and provide strategic insights on trends to L3 level forums providing choice points
  • Excels on end-to-end GTM onramps analytics
  • Leads actions plans to optimize performance and close gaps to budgets
  • Develops and owns growth initiatives driving execution and timelines definitions
  • Oversees end-to-end strategy for Retail expansion (UX, compensation, selling motions)
  • Partners with sales senior management in retailer/reseller account calls/development to strengthen relationships and drive sales.
  • Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus, ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.
