Requirements

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in project and/or program management.
  • Your skills include a high level of time management experience while working with multiple account managers and business units.
  • You have a bachelor's degree.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You’re an excellent communicator who excels in environments requiring collaboration with executives.
  • Travel up to 30% is required.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
  • For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities

  • Leads sales operations by setting objectives, delegating work, and continuously reviewing performance to ensure operational success and efficiency.
  • Focuses on operational consistency, and the smooth rollout of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Drives strategic plans that enable growth and market expansion through optimized processes, data‑driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Oversees sales tools and contract lifecycle management, ensuring proper system selection, integration, optimization, and full compliance to mitigate risk and support productivity.
  • Manages talent and resources by directing staffing, performance management, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
