About The Position

As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our Space portfolio. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review risks, assist in the management of contracts, and track project costs. You’ll help with tactical planning and regularly interact with customers, software engineers, AI/ML SMEs, and program managers. The real impact of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. At Booz Allen, we recognize that we must continuously grow as a team to bring the best support to our clients, so here you’ll have all the resources to succeed. This is a chance to influence a meaningful mission while learning how to develop and maintain program strategy. This is accomplished by listening to and understanding complex technical discussions and anticipating points of disconnect. You will serve as the essential link that translates complex technical exchanges into clear project milestones to advance strategic goals.
