About The Position

Provide program management support directly to an Assistant Program Manager within a Navy cybersecurity program office. Engage with multiple stakeholders across engineering, acquisition, finance, contracts, and logistics functions. Develop comprehensive briefings and communicate program status to Navy leadership. Track critical action items, schedules, costs, and performance metrics. Analyze requirements, budgets, and schedules to perform management and business case analyses. Collect, organize, and interpret data using advanced visualization techniques tailored to various audiences.

Requirements

  • Experience applying data management, data analysis, and data visualization techniques
  • Experience providing specialized project management support for a Department of Defense acquisition program
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member to manage schedule, cost, and performance metrics
  • Ability to apply excellent organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience in project management, Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience in project management, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in project management

  • Ability to prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating efficiently
