About The Position

Provide comprehensive program management analysis and financial management support for SOF peculiar unmanned systems (UxS) programs. Conduct programmatic assessments, schedule analyses, cost evaluations, and risk reviews to inform decision making and ensure alignment with mission objectives. Track and evaluate program performance metrics, cost data, and funding execution to support effective resource planning and budget management. Coordinate with stakeholders across the SOF enterprise including program offices, operational units, engineering teams, and logistics personnel to support the planning, execution, fielding, and sustainment of UxS capabilities. Support the development of acquisition documentation, program briefs, milestone reviews, and decision support materials. Identify program risks, issues, and dependencies; provide recommendations and mitigation strategies to leadership. Assist with requirements analysis, capability development, and integration planning for emerging UxS technologies. Ensure all program activities adhere to applicable policies, regulations, and requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in program analysis, program management, or a related field within the DoD.
  • Minimum 5 years working at NAVSPECWARCOM and/or USSOCOM, its component commands, or other SOF organizations.
  • Knowledge of the DoD acquisition process and the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) system.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field such as Business Management, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) discipline.
  • Certified as a Defense Financial Management (CDFM), or equivalent.
  • Clearance required: TOP SECRET with SCI eligibility
