Requirements
- Report directly to the Plant Vehicle Team (PVT) Manager.
- Focus on Initial Quality – Repairs/1000 and Cost Per Unit.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Product Development, Manufacturing and Supplier Quality teams to get priority on Ford Explorer and Police Utility Quality issues and ensure they are resolved in a timely fashion.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts that enable Ford to deliver the highest quality products and services.
- Drive operational excellence through such innovative, proprietary initiatives as our Global Product Development System, Quality Operating System and New Model Launch.
- Work cross-functionally and closely with integrated teams in Manufacturing, Product Development, Purchasing, Marketing, Sales and Service.
