About The Position

The Program Management Partner (9 Months secondment) reports to the Global Program Management Lead. The role translates the approved strategy for the US Activation Customer-Facing Colleague (CFC) program into an integrated blueprint, roadmap, governance model, and execution plan across field-force deployment, the CFC journey, technology, readiness, adoption, and benefit realization. Operating across CMO, Digital, the US Commercial organization, other enterprise functions, and external partners, the Program Management Partner leads program execution and orchestrates interdependent workstreams, decisions, risks, and resources. The role provides leaders with clear analysis, options, and recommendations to support strategic, funding, and platform decisions. Within approved strategy, funding, technology direction, and enterprise policies, the Program Management Partner owns day-to-day program and operational decisions, including integrated planning, governance routines, delivery sequencing, dependency management, issue resolution, and risk-response recommendations. Decisions that materially affect strategy, funding, platform direction, compliance posture, or committed business outcomes are escalated to the appropriate leadership forum. Through matrix leadership, the role drives execution discipline, challenges inefficient ways of working, and applies artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and data-driven insight to improve program delivery and decision support. Success is measured by integrated execution, timely and transparent decisions, stakeholder readiness, sustained adoption, and effective tracking and enablement of benefits across the US Commercial organization.
