Coordinates project activities to ensure the project is on schedule. Provides administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and documentation. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Coordinate and track project activities to help ensure milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are met. Provide administrative and logistical support, including scheduling and facilitating meetings, preparing documentation, and recording action items. Maintain and update progress trackers, reports, and program documentation. Assist in organizing program data, compiling inputs, and preparing summaries for leadership review. Support communication across project teams and stakeholders, ensuring timely dissemination of information. Review and interpret guidance such as Executive Orders, DoD, DoN, SECNAV, and NAVSEA directives to support program staff (desired skill). Contribute to continuous improvement of program processes and documentation standards. Work under moderate supervision while gaining proficiency in assigned functional areas.
