The Program Management Office (PMO) Consultant serves as a strategic advisor and extension of County leadership, providing executive-level oversight, governance, planning, programming, budgeting, and execution support for a large and diverse capital infrastructure portfolio. This role leads the PMO function and is responsible for establishing program management standards, portfolio controls, governance frameworks, reporting structures, financial oversight, and continuous process improvement across facilities and transportation capital projects. The PMO Consultant is expected to integrate directly with County operations, collaborate with senior leadership, and provide dedicated support to ensure the successful delivery of the County’s capital improvement program.
