Requirements

3+ years of experience with military programs, including data analysis and the assessment of technical information
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within team environments
Ability to solve problems and adapt effectively in dynamic, high‑pressure environments
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience with program management or Master's degree and 2+ years of experience with program management

Nice To Haves

Experience providing production support across military programs
Experience with a broad range of naval technologies to support operational and technical needs
Experience with emerging technologies and their practical applications
Knowledge of defense acquisition frameworks and associated processes
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Operational or management certifications, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or emerging defense technologies Certification
