About The Position

Seeking a highly motivated and driven Program Management Analyst to work Onsite supporting PMA-231 for our War-fighter customer who upholds America's status as the "Land of the Free" every day, at work, or at play.

Requirements

5+ years of assisting with management and execution of funding and procurement for the GSSA
Experience analyzing financial data, funding statements, and expenditure reports
Experience preparing reports and projections based on financial data
Experience forecasting project future expenditures, monitoring budgets, and comparing actual performance against project targets
Experience working with project schedules, tracking tasks, and providing statuses to leadership and the PMA
Experience preparing clear reports, charts, and presentations to guide financial decisions
Familiarization with CSPT, PMT, and ERP
Active Secret with ability to obtain Top Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities

Assist with the management and execution of funding and procurement for the GSSA
Provide reports, data calls, and attend meetings as required
Analyze financial data, funding statements, and expenditure reports
Prepare reports and projections based on financial data
Forecast project future expenditures
Monitor budgets and compare actual performance against targets
Prepare clear reports, charts, and presentations to guide financial decisions
Ability to perform programmatic analysis (planning, scheduling, workload analysis, risk analysis)
Ability to work with project schedules, track tasking, and provide status to leadership and the PMA
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
Effective communication skills, including ability to develop and present briefing slides
