As a Program Leader, you’re in charge of leading our Booster programs on school campuses. You’ll lead a team with excellence, help schools reach their fundraising goals, and positively impact students. This is a full-time position and is ideal for someone early in their career who wants meaningful, hands-on experience.

  • Have a strong sense of self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
  • A hard worker who gets things done in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Connect enthusiastically with students, faculty, and staff.
  • A licensed driver with reliable transportation.
  • Can pass Booster's Background and Motor Vehicle check.
  • Able to lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day.
  • Full-day availability (7:00 am–4:00 pm) on scheduled workdays.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all day-to-day program operations, communications, and details to ensure a remarkable experience.
  • Lead high-energy experiences, oversee team delegation, think through event details, safety, and coordinate all logistics.
  • Lead your team on campus to help create remarkable experiences for schools through delegation, feedback, clear instruction, and celebration.
  • Creatively use resources and daily interactions to engage, motivate, and create fun experiences for students.
  • Build trust with our clients through excellent service, effective communication, and intentional care.
