About The Position

The Program Leader I is responsible for working with the After School Program Manager, teachers, and students to support the facilitation of high-quality extracurricular activities during the after school program. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with peers, teachers, and students, have a deep commitment to student achievement, and uphold the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program.

Requirements

• NCLB/ Paraprofessional Compliance Consists of: Having an AA degree or higher or at least 48 college semester units or passing the NCLB/paraprofessional assessment test
• NCLB Compliance (48 College Transcripts/ Degree or Para Exam)
• Resume
• Fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice and/or FBI
• Proof of Tuberculosis clearance
• Social Security Card for payroll purposes
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Responsibilities
