Requirements

Associates Degree or sixty (60) credit hours and four (4) years experience working directly with people with IDD and Behavioral Health
Bachelors Degree and two (2) years experience working directly with people with IDD, and Behavioral Health Diagnosis
Excellent communication skills
Excellent writing, documentation, financial, and math skills
Excellent organization skills, detail oriented
Team Player
Compliance with residential setting regulations 6400.

Responsibilities

Provides training and development for new and existing Assist Program Coordinators and Program Coordinator Team Members
On call program notes, daily case notes, goal documentation
Attend all required scheduled meetings
Work in conjunction with leadership
Mentor and provide recommendations for improvements
Monthly site inspections and documentation for all licensed sites and unlicensed sites
