About The Position

As a Program Lead at Primrose School of South Tampa, you will be dedicated to the growth and success of early childhood teachers. You will inspire and encourage teachers of all age groups by supporting them in classrooms, participating in the selection and hiring of teachers, and collaborating with other leadership team members to create engaging onboarding experiences for new teachers. You will also conduct classroom observations to support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum and support the use of our exclusive, time-tested digital platform.
