Requirements
- Experience in program management
- Ability to manage project schedules, resources, and budgets
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Skills in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks
- Ability to provide regular status updates and performance reports
- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Flexibility to support customers across multiple time zones
- Availability outside standard working hours as needed
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as required
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Amazon System Projects to ensure timely and successful delivery
- Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to achieve program objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and align on project goals
- Identify assess, and mitigate risks to maintain project health and performance
- Provide regular status updates and performance reports to leadership and customers
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project execution processes
- Demonstrate flexibility to support customers across multiple time zones, including availability outside standard working hours as needed
- Travel up to 50% as required
