Gathers documents, schedules, prepares for, and conducts information hearings and reviews. May hear the case and present final decision. Interprets HUD regulations, HABC’s Administrative Plan, Standard Operating Procedures, and Due Process guidelines. All activities must support the Housing Authority of Baltimore City (“HABC” or “Authority”) mission, strategic goals, and objectives.
