About The Position

RTX is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Program Integrator to support its Asia Pacific Patriot Portfolio, which includes operations in Korea, Taiwan, and Japan. This role is a key position within the Asia Pacific program leadership team, requiring close collaboration with program managers, functional leaders, and key stakeholders. It offers significant opportunities for candidates looking to advance their careers in Program Management by gaining valuable program and portfolio-level experience. The Program Integrator will directly assist the Program Area Director in managing the portfolio's business cadence, ensuring all requirements, deliverables, and reporting align with the approved business model and management tools. Additionally, the role involves supporting future business growth by contributing to Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) proposal efforts across the portfolio as needed.

Requirements

  • University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Program/project management experience.
  • Leadership experience within a defense or aerospace business.
  • Risk and opportunity management, financial controls, and cross-functional leadership experience.
  • Experience with proposal activities.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance is required.
  • Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1.

Nice To Haves

  • Program Management certification, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with senior leadership, international customers, and government stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments and deliver outcomes with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage monthly business operations reviews, quarterly business reviews, staffing assessments, core project management activities, and action item tracking and closure.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient planning, communication, and execution of program activities.
  • Identify and implement key metrics and drive corrective actions as required.
  • Support customer program reviews, stakeholder meetings, and prepare for customer visits.
  • Collaborate across all Programs, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and Control Account Teams (CPTs).
  • Establish working relationships with functional team members in contracts, finance, planning, engineering, supply chain, quality, digital technologies, and in-country teams.
  • Support domestic and/or international travel as needed.
