About The Position

We currently have an immediate opening for a Project Integrator, who will be responsible for coordinating large and important events and meetings. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph and is located in Chantilly, VA.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• Bachelor's degree or experience can be substituted in lieu of the degree
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience
• 5 years of experience business process and tracking program execution
• Proven experience planning strategies, doing roadmaps, action plans, requirements and SOP's
• Demonstrated experience reading, interpreting, communicating, and presenting complex information
• Demonstrated experience interacting with customers, partners, colleagues, and senior management
• Demonstrated experience listening well and resolving issues identified by stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Translate customer intent into multi-year strategies, annual roadmaps, action plans, and requirements
• Track program execution across milestones in preparation for decision points
• Design and orchestrate workflows, business rules, processes, and standard operating procedures
• Coordinate course scheduling, final training exercise management, role-player coordination and management
