About The Position

This role involves providing programmatic support for the Multi-National Aviation Special Project Office (MASPO) contract. The Program Integrator will be responsible for a variety of tasks including preparing documentation, analyzing data for milestone achievement, advising on acquisition strategies, conducting research, developing strategic plans, and managing internal/external correspondence and reports. The position also requires analyzing FMS customer reports and providing recommendations, as well as formulating and revising international agreements. A key responsibility includes acting as the DigiFlight, Inc. Program Manager for the contract, providing onsite management, monthly reporting, and interfacing with various INRAP teams.

  • +10 Years experience

Responsibilities

  • Preparing briefing notes, minutes, and action items.
  • Analyzing events, activities and schedule data to provide evaluations on achieving hardware delivery and case milestones.
  • Providing input, advice and recommendations in the planning, development, and execution of acquisition strategies, plans, special events, and procurement documentation in the execution of contractual actions to support all INRAP requirements.
  • Conducting research to provide input/recommendations to agendas, issue papers, briefing charts, audits, program booklets and other documentation for PMRs and FMRs.
  • Making recommendations in the development of organizational vision, mission, goals, objectives, and strategies, using the synthesis of data acquired by the PO. Develop recommended metrics and strategies for implementing the strategic plan.
  • Preparing recommendations for internal/external correspondence, reports, briefing packages and program documentation for all INRAP supported programs.
  • Providing input and analysis of information for inclusion in Request for Price and Availability, Letters of Request and/or Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOR/LOA) for potential new FMS cases.
  • Providing recommendations for the formulation and revision of draft international agreements.
  • Analyzing specialized FMS customer reports/documentation and provide recommended courses of action to IPTs and program/case reviews located both CONUS and OCONUS.
  • Performing duties as the DigiFlight, Inc. Program Manager for the Programmatic Support Services for the Multi-National Aviation Special Project Office (MASPO) contract. Provide onsite management of tasks identified in the PWS, provide monthly reports to the customer, and interface with various technical and functional areas within INRAP.
