About The Position
The Program Group Facilitator provides support to other program staff by planning and co-facilitating peer support group sessions to program participants. Sessions are planned by using specified curriculum and facilitated using proven practices.
Requirements
- Proven verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak in a public setting
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Effective time management
- Proven ability to interaction with a diverse group of individuals with varying backgrounds
- Experience providing workforce development services
- Group facilitation experience
- 1-3 Years of relevant program experience required
Responsibilities
- Facilitates the group process on a weekly basis using group facilitation practices to promote knowledge gains in curriculum topic area, peer learning, and peer support.
