The Village of Glendale Crossing has an exciting opportunity for a Program for Active Living Coordinator to join their team. This role is full-time and located at 3030 Singleton Ave, London, ON. Requirements

• Degree in Kinesiology with a focus on psychomotor behaviour and exercise rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, evaluating, and modifying physical and/or cognitive exercise programs based on the needs of the residents.
• Display a caring and respectful attitude toward our residents, families, and team members.
• Understand the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the role.

Nice To Haves

• Registration with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario.
• Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, legislation, regulations and best practices.
• Experience and/or desire to provide educational sessions/seminars.
• Demonstrated experience working with seniors and/or persons with cognitive or physical impairments.
• Experience working in the retirement and long-term care sector (e.g. School placement).
