The V2500 Program Fleet Manager reports to the V2500 Program Fleet Chief and is accountable for data collection, analysis and reporting to support: Assessment of worldwide fleet health with a focus on fleet safety, reliability, operation, and maintenance. Management of corrective action plans and industry support programs to address safety, technical, field, and operational issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience to include data analytics, experience building business case as a result of data findings.
  • Experience working cross functionally to drive business results
  • Ability to present creative solutions to complex business concerns

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the collection of critical fleet data including active / inactive aircraft and engines, installed / off-wing engines, engine event causes (including FAA 21.3), LLP cycles, etc. is stored in the Eagle-Data database and is current / adequate to support Program Fleet Management
  • Assist with inputs and assessment of overall fleet safety risk, and development of mitigating actions and fleet management plans defined in Safety Risk Analyses (SRAs)
  • Assisting the tracking and reporting of worldwide fleet incorporation of key Service Bulletins (SBs) / FAA Airworthiness Directives (ADs) to ensure IAE safety / program and FAA requirements and product reliability targets are being met
  • Assisting the development and continuous improvement of digital tools including MSD Power BI, FIRM, FMT, etc. used in Program Fleet Management
  • Assisting the tracking and reporting of fleet aircraft / engines counts including spare / lease pool engines
  • Assisting the worldwide analysis of spare engine health from both the fleet and operator perspective in support of ensuring sufficient spare engines – including IAE lease pool assets – are in place to: A. Prevent AOGs B. Support small operators who don’t own spare engines C. Enable / support required maintenance (meeting shop visit forecast)
  • Assisting in tracking and reporting V2500 fleet reliability as it relates to Airbus, customer, and program targets and communicating reliability metrics to IPMT, Airbus, customers, and CE senior management as required. Support fleet management of safety, technical, field, and operational issues.
  • Assisting in the identification of key reliability improvement opportunities and in the development / proposal to the IAE VPMP / PCB
  • Assisting in the development and administration of commercial Industry Support Programs (ISPs) and Warranty Council requests in support of fleet management plans to address safety, technical, and operational issues
