About The Position

An excellent opportunity exists to manage the Tomahawk Production & Recertification finance team. We are seeking a Program Finance Sr. Manager (P5) to support the Production & Recertification contracts within the rapidly growing Tomahawk program. The program is expecting to top $1.5B in annual sales in 2027 and this role will serve as a senior-level financial expert, providing advanced analysis, strategic guidance, and operational insight across a large portfolio of FFP and FPIF production contracts. You will be recognized as a technical leader and SME, partnering closely with program leadership, operations, SCM, and analysts across the business to ensure high‑quality financial execution, compliant EACs, and strong alignment to customer requirements.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management or related field or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
  • Program Controls experience including data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP, BW, or similar business systems.
  • Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word, and PowerPoint.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

  • Drive rigorous preparation, analysis, and approvals for Quarterly EACs and monthly LREs.
  • Provide expert financial guidance to Factory Operations, SCM, PMO leads, and cross‑functional partners.
  • Lead development and coordination of monthly financial planning and forecasting.
  • Communicate forecast commitments, risks, and opportunities to program leadership.
  • Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly variance analysis for EAC and BSEC commitments.
  • Deliver cost, schedule, and financial reporting using standard company tools and processes.
  • Review EAC inputs, presentations, and proposals to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze EVMS data, funding status, and contractual reporting deliverables (CDRLs).
  • Collaborate with analysts across the program to ensure high‑quality EVMS reporting and financial compliance.
