About The Position

CACI is seeking a Finance Manager to support a large, complex portfolio of government contracts consisting of both CPFF and FFP programs. This role partners closely with Program Management, Supply Chain, Contracts, Accounting, and senior leadership to drive financial planning, forecasting, Estimate at Completion (EAC) development, detailed analysis and executive reporting. The successful candidate will own the financial planning process, proactively identify financial risks and opportunities, and develop solutions that improve forecast accuracy and overall business performance. This position requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong cross-functional relationships, and serves as a trusted financial partner to program leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive finance experience supporting DoD contracts.
  • Experience supporting CPFF and FFP contract financial management.
  • Demonstrated experience with forecasting, Spend Plans, EAC development, variance analysis, and month-end close.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with Oracle CAPS, Deltek Costpoint, SmartView, Cognos, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience supporting complex government programs with significant material and supply chain activity.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve financial processes, strengthen forecasting accuracy, and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis across a complex portfolio of government contracts.
  • Develop and maintain detailed Spend Plans and Estimates at Completion (EACs) in partnership with Program Managers.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts for revenue, cost, EBIT, funding, and cash flow.
  • Partner with Program Management, Supply Chain, Contracts, and Accounting to understand operational drivers and translate them into accurate financial forecasts.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities, develop recommendations, and communicate impacts to leadership.
  • Support month-end close, executive financial reviews, quarterly EAC submissions, and management reporting.
  • Drive continuous process improvements that enhance forecast accuracy, reporting efficiency, and financial visibility.
  • Build strong working relationships across Finance, Operations, and executive leadership.
