Under general supervision of Ukeru Finance Supervisor, this position is responsible for coordinating and administering financial records, systems, and processes for the Ukeru Systems division.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Experience in finance or accounting/ bookkeeping work; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Demonstrates clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative working relationships across teams.
  • Applies a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and adapts to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Contributes positively to a team environment and works effectively toward shared goals.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree in accounting or other business-related field is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Create and send monthly invoices to Ukeru Systems customers for equipment and service sales using the Microsoft D365 software
  • Create reports to monitor and collect outstanding Account Receivable balances utilizing Microsoft D365 software, refer escalated accounts to supervisor for support
  • Accept and facilitate credit card payments from customers via email and telephone
  • Track payroll hours of non-Ukeru Systems Grafton personnel that are utilized to provide Ukeru Systems services and timely submit information to Grafton Finance department for processing
  • Document all customer contact within Salesforce software
  • Handles customer billing questions and/or first-level dispute resolution, refers escalated issues to supervisor
  • Receives and processes product vendor shipping invoices for payment
  • Works in collaboration with other Ukeru Systems personnel to generate cost proposals for customers
  • Works in collaboration with Ukeru Systems personnel as well as Grafton Finance department
