Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field and 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in financial analysis and monitoring or project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Office, project management platforms).

• Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for program level financial analysis and reporting which includes long-term financial planning, management reporting and financial trends.
• Program cost control and management using cost baselines forecasting, customer reporting and invoicing support, annual and multi-year planning, monthly forecasting, and subcontractor financial management and monitoring.
