The Program Fidelity Manager will be responsible for the fidelity and quality assurance of the specified GEO operated programs. Fidelity monitoring and quality assurance of programs could include Core Correctional Practices, specific group curriculum such as SAFE, Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Substance Abuse, Victims Impact, skill sets such as MI, Group Facilitation, and Virtual Group Facilitation, Assessment delivery using assessments such as Trauma, and Criminal Thinking Scales, GEOtrack usage and behavior management systems.
