The Program Facilitator brings the Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE) to underserved and focus communities throughout Central Kentucky, with an emphasis on building meaningful relationships and increasing access to Girl Scouting for girls in grades K–12. Using the mobile experience center (program van), the Facilitator delivers engaging, hands-on programming through preplanned activities, community partnerships, and innovative learning opportunities. This position helps girls develop leadership skills, participate in meaningful experiences, and earn badges and patches while creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment. The Program Facilitator also builds positive relationships with girls, caregivers, volunteers, and community partners, serves as an ambassador for Girl Scouts Wilderness Road Council, and supports successful programming through effective planning, communication, documentation, and exceptional customer service. The Program Facilitator role involves field work in prespecified counties (including, but not limited to: Fayette, Jessamine, Woodford, Scott, Franklin, Madison, Nicholas, Bourbon, and Harrison) with occasional time required on-site at the Lexington office. You must have your own transportation for times when not using programming vans.
