Girls Inc. of Greater Pittsburgh (GIGP) is seeking a Program Facilitator to deliver high-quality, research-based programming that empowers girls to be Strong, Smart, and Bold. This role will lead direct services for Girls Inc.’s programming, fostering a supportive, girl-centered environment while helping to develop critical skills in leadership, self-confidence, and academic success. As an integral player in the Programs Department, this part-time, non-exempt position will support broader program initiatives and community engagement efforts as needed. The Program Facilitator will directly impact the lives of girls within the community by facilitating a new, engaging middle school program. In addition to planning and delivering educational workshops, this role creates a supportive, inclusive environment where girls can flourish. The ideal candidate is mission-focused, community-oriented, and enthusiastic about being part of a national movement dedicated to fostering the next generation of empowered women. Additionally, the Program Facilitator supports the analysis of program data and outcomes to identify meaningful insights that inform impact assessment and continuous program effectiveness. Given that this role will work in a hybrid work model and report to the office up to two days per week, only candidates who are based within commuting distance of the GIGP office will be given consideration.
