Program Experience Supervisor

Onsite Wellness Group LLCCumberland Furnace, TN
Onsite

About The Position

The Program Experience Supervisor oversees the full arc of a guest's journey with us — from the moment their program is confirmed through their final day on campus — while supervising the evening support team and coordinator, and partnering with program and clinical leadership on everything from logistics to facility use. For most of our clients, walking onto campus is one of the most vulnerable moments of their life. This role is often the first face they see and the steady hand behind everything that happens next — the warm welcome, the small details handled before anyone has to ask, the sense that they are expected, known, and safe. When that experience is done well, guests can stop worrying about logistics and start doing the deeper work they came here to do. That's the impact of this role: it clears the path so healing can happen.

Requirements

  • Experience in event planning, hospitality, administrative, or business operations (3+ years)
  • At least a year of experience leading or supervising a team
  • The ability to juggle many moving pieces at once without losing warmth or composure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a genuine passion for taking care of people

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with 12-step or recovery culture, or experience in an adult residential treatment setting
  • Some college-level training beyond high school

Responsibilities

  • Own the client experience: serve as the point of contact for guests once their program is confirmed, build the relationship ahead of arrival, and personally greet them — including off-schedule and after hours — to make sure their transition onto campus feels welcoming and easy.
  • Coordinate the moving pieces: prepare program communication sheets across hospitality, culinary, maintenance, and transportation; coordinate real-time schedule changes with every relevant department; and keep guest census and records current.
  • Lead a team: supervise the evening support team and the Program Experience Coordinator, providing weekday support and occasional weekend coverage, and troubleshooting alongside therapists when the moment calls for it.
  • Champion continuous improvement: partner with the Guide Experience Supervisor on non-clinical programming and evening activities, gather guest feedback, and proactively look for ways to make the experience even better.
  • Protect the culture: show up as a culture keeper who lives out Onsite's ANCHOR values and helps hold a healthy, accepting environment for guests and teammates alike.
