About The Position

Goods & Services is seeking a Program Director to lead cross-workstream delivery in a hands-on operational leadership role. The position triages and delegates work across multiple teams, holds owners accountable, coordinates release packaging and cross-team dependencies, and develops a production support model for both existing functionality and new feature requests. The role is embedded within client organizations, working day to day with client leadership and stakeholders. It requires comfort operating in large, complex corporate environments, often with incomplete information, and representing Goods & Services as a credible outside partner. The position is based in either South Carolina or Mexico City, requires working in the office all week, and includes travel between the two locations. The Program Director leads complex technical programs from planning through delivery, aligning work with client business objectives, technical strategy, organizational priorities, and team dynamics. The role owns program scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, resourcing, budgets, risks, issues, changes, governance, delivery standards, KPIs, SLAs, and reporting. It also coordinates resolution of critical program, operational, and security issues; supports funding, forecasting, and organizational change management; and drives process and operational improvements. Working with client and Goods & Services engineering, operations, security, executive, and delivery stakeholders, the Program Director communicates program health, influences decisions, and serves as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership. The role owns client-billable program financials and helps maintain durable client relationships and account growth by identifying expanded scope, contributing to proposals and statements of work, surfacing customer risks early, and collaborating with the Growth team to identify new business opportunities. The role also shares engagement insights and reinforces common organizational standards across Goods & Services.

  • Experience partnering with client engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to align priorities, resolve dependencies, and deliver strategic outcomes.
  • Experience managing program risks, dependencies, executive escalations, and competing priorities in a fast-paced client environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including using data, metrics, and reporting to guide program decisions and measure success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting program status, risks, and recommendations to senior client leadership.
  • Ability to build credibility and influence cross-functional teams, including client teams where the firm has no direct authority, and drive results.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility quickly as an outside advisor in a new client organization without internal-role authority.
  • Experience enabling others to use AI.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and keep programs moving amid ambiguity and incomplete information, then bring structure as the situation clarifies.
  • Ability to work in the office all week in either South Carolina or Mexico City, Mexico, and travel between the two.
