Program Director (LICSW, LMHC)
About The Position
Northeast Family Services is seeking an experienced, independently licensed clinician to join their Massachusetts team as a Program Director. This role involves providing leadership and overseeing the daily operations of the area CBHI program, which includes in-home behavioral therapy, in-home therapy, and therapeutic mentoring programs. The Program Director will guide staff, assist in the development of treatment methodologies, and ensure the effective implementation of all in-home treatment and programming for clients. The organization emphasizes a supportive environment and offers a unique 'Summer Fun Fridays' schedule, closing at 12:30 PM every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Requirements
- Independent clinical license (LMHC or LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field
- Five years minimum experience working with behavioral disorders
- Previous CBHI experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory capacity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Ability to commute to the West Springfield office
Responsibilities
