About The Position

The Program Director provides clinical and administrative oversight of all operational functions, ensuring fidelity to evidenced based practices, collaboration with funders, quality assurance and the supervision of supervisory staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, an ability to communicate clearly and effectively and will be highly motivated, organized, and committed to providing and sustaining best practice standards. CTPSB provides state-wide community-based sex offender treatment and evaluation to justice involved adults with a history of problem sexual behaviors. These services help clients to identify triggers, manage risk factors, and set positive future goals to promote community safety and prevent future offense related behaviors.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree with full licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
• 8 years of relevant experience
• 3 years in a supervisory capacity
• Valid Driver’s License
• Regular and predictable attendance
• Experience providing clinical supervision
• Experience working in a position providing treatment to individuals with a history of problem sexual behaviors
