The Program Director is responsible for the end-to-end leadership of an assigned training program within the Orlando Health School of Health Sciences. This role oversees all program operations—including marketing, recruitment, curriculum development, program delivery, and outcome reporting—for their designated program. The Program Director ensures the program maintains high quality standards, meets workforce needs, and delivers an exceptional experience for learners, instructors, and hiring departments. Oversees the Cardiovascular Technologist Program. Responsibilities include: Student selection and admissions into the program Teaching and instructional responsibilities Partnering with leadership to identify and fill program gaps Coordinating and supporting student clinical placements Serving as both an educator and operational leader Acting in a Clinical Coordinator–type capacity.
