About The Position

The Program Director will lead large, complex data and analytics programs, including data modernization, cloud migration, regulatory reporting, and enterprise analytics platforms. This role involves owning program governance, managing integrated delivery across various data workstreams, coordinating onshore and offshore teams, overseeing program financials and vendor management, and driving delivery using Agile or hybrid models. The director will also partner with client leadership to align data strategy with business objectives, ensure adherence to Financial Services regulations, proactively manage risks, provide executive-level status reporting, support pre-sales activities, and contribute to continuous improvement within the Insights Data practice.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in Program Project Management
• Proven experience leading large enterprise scale data programs multi workstream multi vendor
• Strong background managing data platform analytics or data modernization initiatives
• Mandatory Financial Services experience Banking Capital Markets Insurance
• Experience with regulatory risk fraud AML claims or compliance driven data programs
• Strong understanding of governance and controls in regulated environments
• Solid understanding of data architecture concepts data pipelines analytics platforms and cloud data ecosystems
• Exposure to technologies such as cloud data platforms AWSAzureGCP data lakes warehouses ETLELT BI analytics
• Ability to engage with architects and engineering leads on data centric delivery challenge

Responsibilities

• Lead large complex data and analytics programs including data modernization cloud migration regulatory reporting and enterprise analytics platforms
• Own program governance across scope schedule budget risks dependencies and quality for multi workstream data programs
• Manage integrated delivery across data engineering data architecture analytics cloud and reporting workstreams
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams including data architects data engineers analytics teams QA and platform teams
• Oversee program financials forecasts and vendor management using PPM tools Clarity Planview or equivalent
• Drive delivery using Agile hybrid models suited for large data programs
• Partner with client leadership to align data strategy roadmap and execution plans with business and regulatory objectives
• Ensure adherence to Financial Services governance risk compliance and data privacy requirements
• Proactively manage risks related to data quality lineage performance and regulatory timelines
• Provide executive level status reporting issue escalation and mitigation plans
• Support pre sales solution shaping and proposal development for data and analytics engagements
• Lead post implementation reviews and contribute to continuous improvement and best practices within the Insights Data practice
