The Program Director, Sabra Goldman House is responsible for the overall operation of the residence, including the program of services and the operation of the building. This role ensures the delivery of program services according to agency policies and procedures, and compliance with applicable city, state, and federal regulations. The position involves recruitment, hiring, and supervision of all program staff, as well as ensuring initial and continuing staff training and developing staffing schedules. The role also manages client admissions and discharges, coordinates safety and health programs, and promotes peer-to-peer services and other evidence-based practices. Responsibilities include reviewing and scheduling case/utilization reviews, service/support plans, and plan reviews, as well as supervising case managers. The Program Director reviews charting for compliance, facilitates weekly clinical meetings, and establishes/maintains contact with building vendors. They coordinate client committee activities, develop community resources, and act as a liaison with collateral providers. The role ensures timely report submission, monitors rent arrears, and performs building inspections. Additionally, the Program Director reviews employee timesheets, monitors hours and vacation, serves as a Qualified Mental Health Staff Person, and recommends measures to improve program services. The position is on-call for emergencies and performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
