The Program Director will support and strengthen Job Connect operations through effective oversight of customer flow, service delivery, data capture, reporting, operational processes, and overall program performance. This role involves collaborating with leadership teams and contractor staff to optimize customer flow, strengthen service delivery processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure accurate and compliant data management practices. The Program Director will provide ongoing operational and technical support to staff, troubleshoot process and system issues, and identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and service delivery outcomes. Additionally, the role requires developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with state agencies, local organizations, educational institutions, and community stakeholders to strengthen collaboration, expand service access, and support program goals. The Program Director will also respond in a timely manner to requests from the contracting agency on issues related to performance tracking and compliance, monitor, analyze, and report program data related to contract obligations, performance outcomes, and operational trends, and monitor progress toward contractual performance benchmarks and quarterly goals, identifying performance challenges and implementing corrective strategies. The position ensures timely, accurate, and compliant data entry within required systems through ongoing monitoring, quality assurance reviews, and staff guidance. The Program Director will oversee ISO compliance activities, internal quality assurance processes, and audit preparation to ensure adherence to organizational and contractual standards, and maintain accurate organizational charts, staff directories, and operational documentation.
