The Program Director directs and coordinates the rehabilitation program. The Program Director ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and the timely completion of respective reporting requirements. Our San Francisco Geary Crisis Stabilization is a 16-bed facility that provides immediate care for people in the local community with urgent mental health needs. Located in the heart of the Tenderloin district, we are designed to address urgent needs in a densely urban setting. We are committed to stepping up as a premier provider and making a meaningful impact in this underserved community.

Requirements

Current California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist.
Must meet regulatory educational standards.
Bachelor’s degree and/or licensed nurse/licensed clinician.
At least two (2) years of experience or training in a mental health setting, one year of which shall include experience or training in program development for persons with severe and persistent mental disabilities.
Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5, psycho-social rehabilitation, and recovery principles.
Familiarity with applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Directs and coordinates the rehabilitation program.
Ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program.
Ensures timely completion of respective reporting requirements.
