Samaritan Daytop Village is a nationally recognized comprehensive Health and Human Services Agency, operating over 60 programs across New York City and the greater New York Area, serving over 33,000 New Yorkers annually. The Program Director, under the general direction of the Senior Director and/or AVP or VP of Transitional Housing, is responsible for the overall clinical management and administrative operations of their assigned program(s). This role involves managing and monitoring the job performance of all program employees, ensuring the provision of high-quality clinical services to clients, maintaining the general upkeep and safety of the managed site, meeting established program goals, and ensuring proper communication between program employees and agency administration.
