About The Position

The Workforce Intelligence Lab (WIL) is seeking a Program Director for technician education at a community or technical college to lead a project improving technician training in advanced technology fields, including electric vehicles. The role may serve as lead PI or co-PI from a two-year college and is part of WIL’s expert collaborator network for a competitive grant application. This is a contingent proposal opportunity, not a funded vacancy; no award has been made and work or funding is not guaranteed. If an award proceeds and the staffing model calls for it, WIL may offer a project-based contract or consulting engagement. WIL will ask for authorization before naming the candidate or including their resume in a proposal. The collaborator should be comfortable working remotely in the United States.
