About The Position

Behavioral Health Connections (BHC) in Atlanta is seeking a dynamic and talented Program Director. The Director of Administrative Services role is responsible for providing assistance of oversight/managing daily operation of Behavioral Health Connections, Inc. (“BHC”) and leading the business development efforts to expand contractual potential existing and potential client facilities regarding BHC’s service line deliverables. Behavioral Health Connections, Inc. is a provider of patient-focused, comprehensive mental health services. We offer mental health evaluations to children, adolescents, adults and older adults in crisis 24 hours a day, 7 days a week response, including all holidays. Our service model focuses on the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition of your mental health patients. Based on the results of an assessment, we determine the most appropriate level of care and recommend treatment facilities. The tele-psychiatric assessment and consultation services we offer are designed to connect people with the care provides best equipped to address their mental health issues. Rapid response means that the patient will get to the most appropriate level of care faster and expedite their journey to wellness.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Current Driver License
  • 1-3 years similiar work experience

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer Masters in Business/Psycology or related field.
  • Preferred: Master’s Degree: In Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Health or related field.
  • Preferred: Current state license - LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW
  • prefer 3-5 years

Responsibilities

  • In conjunction with the Clinical Director, manages the overall day-to-day operations of Behavioral Health Connections’ remote call center including oversight of information technology systems.
  • Assists the Executive Director with the oversight of monthly expenses to ensure the operation is on target.
  • Coordinates the hiring, staffing, performance, employee relation issues and daily workflow management of staff. In addition, as necessary, responsible for disciplining call center employees, up to and including termination of employment.
  • Develop and procure contacts for mobile/tele assessments, telepsychiatry and additional service line growth in the market(s) by providing educational/informational presentations to existing and potential client facilities regarding BHC’s service line deliveries.
