Program Director - Hillcrest
About The Position
The Program Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of the group home, including program planning, supervision of staff, budget management, integration of community-based experiences for youth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, therapeutic services. This role is with Devereux's Hillcrest Cottage program, which serves males aged 12 to 21 with ASD levels 1 and 2 and IDD with co-occurring psychiatric disorders, utilizing an ABA model with a 1 staff to 3 students ratio. The position offers a dynamic, supportive, and fast-paced environment with opportunities for professional development, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and the chance to directly impact and shape treatment plans and teach essential life skills to at-risk young people.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license required
- High School Diploma with five years of congregate care experience or Bachelor’s degree with three years of congregate care experience required
- Two years of previous supervisory experience required
- Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA
