The Lead Agency for the Department of Child and Family Services collaborate to identify, secure, and monitor services. Our mission is to identify and secure the highest quality, most effective, and family-focused supports and services for children and families. The Lead Agency is responsible to support families in accessing a wide range of in-home or out-of-home services that best match their individual needs. We believe and support interventions designed in a way that assist a family with becoming self-reliant, enhancing their ability to maintain success independently. The Program Director oversees and supports a small team who provides ongoing case management, facilitates regular team meetings, and monitors progress every step of the way.
