About The Position

The Institute for School-Community Partnerships, Integrated Services, and Child Mental Health and Educational Policy (ISCP), part of the College of Education, aims to empower schools to foster student academic, social, and emotional growth while engaging families and communities. The ISCP manages a budget of nearly $23 million from various grant sources and focuses on implementing and evaluating research-based practices through training, technical assistance, community-engaged research, developing resources, and supporting partner capacity in policy implementation and evaluation. The Director will support Strategic Improvement initiatives and oversee specific federal programs. This role involves full administrative responsibility for staff oversight, program development and implementation, and budget monitoring, reporting to the Bureau Chief, State Grant Director, and Vice-Chancellor for Strategic Improvement. The Director must be productive, meet deadlines, manage competing priorities, maintain high performance, and interact professionally with stakeholders, embodying the Department's core values of quality, fairness, cooperation, respect, commitment, excellence, honesty, and teamwork. This is a grant-funded position.
