Program Director
About The Position
The Villa Maria Education and Spirituality Center (VMESC) is seeking a qualified candidate for a full-time Program Director position. This role is a key member of the Ministry Team, dedicated to supporting VMESC's mission of fostering spiritual growth, personal development, and faith-based education in alignment with the spirit of the Sisters of the Humility of Mary. The Program Director is responsible for conceiving, developing, and executing VMESC's retreat and program offerings, ensuring they reflect Catholic values and a commitment to ecological and social justice. The position requires collaboration with the President/CEO, ministry staff, and the wider community to ensure all programs contribute to the mission and vision of VMESC.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in theology, Pastoral Ministry, Spirituality, Religious Education or related field
- Three to five years of experience in pastoral ministry, retreat leadership, or program development within a faith-based organization
- Be a practicing Roman Catholic committed to the teachings and sacramental life of the Church
- Possess strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills
- Flexibility for evening and weekend work is required

- Master's degree strongly preferred
